R.E.Solutions, Inc. is a closely held corporation serving the residential, commercial and agricultural real estate needs of
Northern California, with a focus on Solano and Yolo Counties. Together, the officers of the corporation have over 32 years
of combined experience in real estate sales.
The corporation has owned this office since 1991. The office was moved to downtown Dixon in 1995, the move precipitated by
the Officers's commitment to the downtown and revitalization efforts in this arena.
R.E.Solutions, Inc. continues to serve the Northern Solano County
and Yolo County communities in commercial, agricultural and residential sales and leasing. We stand behind our company motto:
"Serving the needs of the real estate and development communities without losing sight of the
environment in which we live."
Combining her interest in the environment with her commercial, agricultural, residential and development real estate
experience, Dana Foss has added development of wetlands mitigation banks to the company's services, filling a need that she
has seen develop over the last decade in the business.
R.E.Solutions, Inc.'s Broker and Agents are active in the community,
holding memberships or participating in the following Industry Associations:
- Member of SEDCORP (Solano Economic Development Corporation) since 1989
Sedcorp is a non-profit corporation whose sole purpose is to encourage the
economic development of Solano county through promotion of the county and
its cities. Activities include Vacaville's VIP day, Discover Dixon Day, and
other industrial tour days in Benicia, Vallejo, Rio Vista etc., in addition
to the Solano Summit county wide industrial tours and symposiums.
- Member of Solano Commercial Brokers
SCB meets monthly to network and learn new techniques and skills in the
commercial real estate field.
CCIM and other training classes are sponsored by SCB on a regular basis.
- Member of the Northern California Chapter 1 of CCIM since 1992 (Dana Foss) - candidate

CCIM Chapter 1 meets monthly for networking and formal presentation of
properties to other CCIMs, CCIM candidates, Real Estate and Mortgage
