It has a full bath with a shower, one large bedroom, living room and full kitchen with lots of cabinet and storage. A small breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen. Just right for a caretaker, or couple on the go. A storage shed next to the cottage is available for the tenant's use.

Pool privilages are available, and there are washer and dryer hook-ups in the enclosed porch at the back of the main house, that can be used. This is about 30 feet from the cottage. Utilities (propane and electric) are included. You would be responsible for your own telephone and stallite.

Some part time work may be available for the right tenant. Mowing lawns, feeding animals, watering, etc., can take up to an hour or so per day. Pay is negotialbe, depending on hours, experience, committment.

This property is only about 1 mile from town.
